Sunrise Over the Belmont Bay Marina

It is a brisk fall day in Belmont Bay in Prince William County VA.  Don't expect to see to many boaters headed down the Occoquan River this morning.  Early in the morning in Belmont Bay is a great time to greet the dog owners and neighbors out for an early morning stroll along the waterfront.
