At this site you can find lien information on potential buyers, warranty deeds, quit claim deeds, look at plat maps, and all types of things. It is around 10 bucks a month, but if you don't want to pay, you can get info on the document without viewing it. Therefore, if you are driving around a buyer, you can see if they have any liens on them to end any possible surprises.
