Where to find Georgia Lien and Deed information online?

Where to find Georgia Lien and Deed information online?  Go go www.gsccca.org.  At this site you can find lien information on potential buyers, warranty deeds, quit claim deeds, look at plat maps, and all types of things.  It is around 10 bucks a month, but if you don't want to pay, you can get info on the document without viewing it.  Therefore, if you are driving around a buyer, you can see if they have any liens on them to end any possible surprises.

Good Luck,

No Problem.  In addition, each county may have some documents online.  I'll blog more on this later.

Thanks for providing this information.   I know there's been a time or two when wish I knew there was a lien, before I presented the offer.
