You're not defeated
There will be times in life that things will not be going the way we would like them to be going and we have fallen behind.
Falling behind is not a defeat it just means that we are going to have to stay focused on our objectives and work harder to catch up to achieve them.
There is a big difference between fallen behind and a defeat.
Unless you lead every lap of a race, score the first run or point of a game at some point you are behind and have to catch up. In many cases it's the person that runs the faster last lap that wins the race or the team the plays the best in the last two minutes of the game that wins.
We are never defeated until we give up. The person or the team that hangs on and continues to play their best is the team or person that endures and wins.
Your not defeated . . . . until you give up and giving up is a choice. When things look dark and your behind dig deep down into your motivation and keep going.
