Not Knowing Is NOT Better When Dealing With Home Insurance

By
Real Estate Agent with Classic Realty Realtor

I am always looking for useful information on a variety of topics. This includes the topic of insuring your home. There are many questions to consider. How much should I expect to pay for my Townhouse Insurance? What is the different between insuring a single family home and a condo? Does purchasing a multiple dwelling type condo, perhaps with 24 units enclosed, differ from buying a Condo with 12 units when it comes to insuring it? The list can go on and on of very reasonable questions.

I was reading inside Money Central this morning on msn.com and came across this article specifically dealing with Home Insurance. Take a moment, read; digest and then you decide what is best in your circumstance. The title is: 5 Minute Guide to Home Insurance. You will find this information to be especially useful when purchasing a house and getting ready for the closing.

Finally, always remember that knowledge can be power when endeavoring to buy or sell Real Estate. If I can help you in this process, please Write or Phone me.

David, it's always good to compare coverage and premiums and to know what the outcome will be if you happen to have a claim.

Thanks, David

I am going to our North Carolina house tomorrow - our Policy is being dropped - something about the heating source (?).

Your article, and the links to 2 others - gave me a quick refresher.
