I thought about calling this series Staging "Duh" tips, because they seem so obvious. Unfortunately, I see these everyday. It's hard to assess your whole house, and frankly it's overwhelming for a seller. That's why it's always a good idea to get another opinion, and a professional home stager will be worth their weight in Gold in this process. When selling your home keep your counters and sink clean. Wipe your counters down with a moistened rag or wet wipes for granite, or stainless depending on what you have. Don't forget the sink and drain hole and around the stove.
