OK, Here goes:
My client's offer was picked over 10 other offers - because the sellers said they had the confidence that I would get their house to settlement (my clients offer wasn't the highest price).
I showed more than 40 homes in ONE day.
A friend, very knowledgeable about cars, bought a 4runner and thought is would of course be 4-wheel drive, I, the novice, had to tell him that not all 4runners are 4-wheel drive.
OK, gang. Tell me which one is the lie!
Remember, for those members who guess the most amount of correct lies at the end of the month, you will be awarded 1,500 Bonus Points! If there is a tie, each member who ties will be awarded 1,000 Bonus Points!
