"Vacuum" I thought about calling this series Staging "Duh" tips, because they seem so obvious. Unfortunately, I see these everyday. It's hard to assess your whole house, and frankly it's overwhelming for a seller. That's why it's always a good idea to get another opinion, and a professional home stager will be worth their weight in Gold in this process. Go over your carpets, rugs and flooring and if possible, your sofa with a vacuum, most have attachments for tile and stairs. This will pick up any debris and pet hair and give your carpet a fluffy look, making it appear fresher and pick up allergens. Sprinkle some baking soda if you have some odors emitting from the carpet or use Carpet Fresh before vacuuming to help it smell better. Preferably, you will have had your carpets cleaned, and will not need to do this step. ~More Home Staging Tips From A Home Stager Here~
