Homes for sale in Barnegat averaged between 330 and 340 residential units in October, 2010...that has remained constant throughout 2010. Changes in this month's Barnegat Housing Market Report from the September are days on the market (down) and sale prices (up). This could be due to new construction and the way those agents enter the sales in the Jersey Shore Mulitple Listing Service.
