21 Comments on Developing a Niche IDX Website Using RealtySoft
Yeah! What's the cost....???? Sounds good...
Damon and Lauren -> There is a one time setup fee of $149 and our packages cost anywhere between $24.95 per month (for our ProIDX and CRM) to $64.95 per month (1 Website, ProIDX, CRM, Prints). You can purchase extra websites at $7 per month. To see our pricing overview please CLICK HERE.
Best of luck to you! Your system looks like a good solution for a REALTOR looking to maximize their online presence!
Ah, I thought there might be a catch. Are those the prices for those who have been converted from the old system, or is there separate pricing for previous customers?
Frederic -> Thanks for the well wishes. Anything we could do to help?!
William -> Yes Yes Yes! Old clients are grand-fathered
Lauren -> IDX you get from your board is usually framed inside your website, therefore it adds no SEO value to your website. An indexable IDX solution such as RealtySoft ProIDX adds hundreds of pages of targeted data to your website :) Also we are running a special for the month of NOVEMBER. Call Travis Humphrys and ask for the NO SETUP FEE PROMOTION!
Can the same be accomplished with just the IDX pro and my WordPress Blog, without your templated websites?
Justin -> Yes absolutely. Using our ProIDX solution we will give you a customized SUB-DOMAIN name. For example if you have www.YourDomain.com pointing to your WordPress blog, we can point searchmls.YourDomain.com to point to RealtySoft ProIDX and then you will create links from www.YourDomain.com to your IDX at searchmls.YourDomain.com.
Using RealtySoft ProIDX you can create custom links and use it on your blog as well. For example you can create a link that displays:
- $100,000 - $200,000 homes
- Homes with keyword "Foreclosure"
- 2BR 3 BA homes with keyword waterfront
You get the idea!
And you can customize the header and footer of ProIDX to match your wordpress blog.
Just wanted to through my 2 cents in. This has been a terrific product. I use the Pro IDX, and I just love what Peyman, and his team have done. Here is the other really cool part: If you have questions, the customer service dept. is amazing. They are quick to respond, and always have a solution.
Thanks RS!
Michael -> Thank you! You are doing a great job with your ProIDX, keep up the good work!
Lauren, I am curious about your comment -- your Board includes IDX?
Hey Miriam, I would like to answer that for you. Most boards will give you a generic IDX solution for your website that is framed...meaning, you don't get any SEO(search engine optimization) benefits. You do however get a solution that you can send your clients, and they will have the most up to date information, and when they request more information on a property, it goes right to you, whether you have the listing or not.
Also, some boards will offer the option to pull their data onto your site. This is a very involved process, you really need to know what you are doing. 99.9999% of Realtors® do not. So, if you want to include a solution on your website to give you both SEO advantages over your competition, and have all the listings on the MLS work to build your business, than you need to look at a company that offers that. There are many companies that offer the solution you may be looking at. However, I have tried most, and none compare with the possibilities you get with RealtySoft's solution. They are so under priced for what they offer, and you may think, well the customer service must suck then....NOPE, The CS you receive with RS is amazing. I literally can ask a question, and have an answer 1 hour later, most of the time sooner.
I would totally recommend looking at this company for your IDX needs. Feel free to ask me anything if you have other questions.
Peyman, I've been waiting for months to see if you guys have been able to work something out with ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service). I was told two-three months ago that it was "almost complete". I sent an email to the guy that was working on it, but never heard back.
So, I'll ask you...Does this support ARMLS yet?
Thanks!
Interesting product, and the price seems about right, but my concern is that your example lists micro sites on pages 3, 4, and 5. Any "actual" examples of page 1 results for realtysoft sites?
Congrats on your Pagerank of 5 though, thats impressive.
Love the info. Thanks.
Thanks! I find this whole web niche marketing so overwhelming. Your blog has helped me find a place to start.
Very good improvements and very desired if any Realtor wants to remain competitive out there.
My MLS has some ridiculous rule that agents are limited to using the IDX solution that their brokerage has subscribed to. It is Consolidated MLS in Columbia, SC. How could this work for me?
This sounds like a great idea and affordable. I'm going to look into it further. Thank you for the post.
