Clifton is a neighborhood on Staten Island located on the North Shore side. It is in very close distance to the Verrazano Bridge and only 3 short stops away to the Staten Island Ferry which makes this a quick and very convenient for travel to Brooklyn and Manhattan. Clifton is situated between Rosebank and Stapleton areas of Staten Island.
This area’s homes are mainly one family detached homes and some attached homes that built in a development that were built on a commercially zoned land.
There are several public schools in Clifton, PS 14, PS 48, IS 49 and the Concord High School.
