NEWS: Your Power Team Does your team help you expand your business each and every day? Whether you answered Yes or No there is no denying the significance of your Team. As entrepreneurs and real estate investors it is integral that we can rely on other people or businesses to help us function in a confident manner. Whether it be your advisors such as an attorney, your tax strategist, or financial planner whose advice can help you save or grow your income by helping you make decisions. Maybe it's your general contractor, real estate agent, or wholesale buyers that help you decide if a certain property is right for you and your company. Without these people, your Power Team, in your business life, you will only go so far. You've heard the term Lone Wolf. It applies to individuals in business who are afraid to share "their secrets", or share "their contractors" with you. There are no secrets with us. If you have a question or a need, please e-mail us. Our goal at the REIA of Macomb is to Learn, Teach, and Network. If you're just getting started where and how do you build your Power Team? First of all, get to the REIA of Macomb's meetings with either some business cards or even a notebook. Proclaim to everyone that you meet, who you are, and what you do. Let them know what and who you are looking for, to build your Power Team. It's as simple as that. We all had to start somewhere, now it's Your turn to Make it Happen.
