If you want to grab one of the few seats that remains, here is a link to the invitation:
Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
What are we going to do?
Well, we are going to talk about short sales. There was a book that came out over 40 years ago entitled Everything you always wanted to know sex, but were afraid to ask. I am personally going to tell you everything you always wanted to know about short sales… but were afraid to ask. This will include information about HAFA, Equator, robo-signing and hot topics in the wacky world of short sales.
Why should I go?
According to dsnews, Fitch Research stated that there are seven million homes in the shadows and we are not expected to see those clear out of the market for another 40 months. So, if you live in Southern California and are not planning a long (40 month) vacation, working the short sale market is a golden opportunity to take more listings than every before, and fuel your real estate career for years to come.
I’m not sure this is for me. I already know a lot about short sales.
Do you? What’s your close ratio? How many have you closed this year at Bank of America? at Wells Fargo? at Chase? Broker Melissa Zavala (that’s me) and my staff obtained over 500 approval letters in 2009, and are poised to do the same (if not more) in 2010. So, I might have a few tricks up her sleeve that I could share with you.
Oh… yeah. This one time only (never before and never again) there is a special surprise available for all attendees. Why? I don’t know. Maybe because it’s almost the holiday season. Maybe it’s because I want you to make big bucks in 2011. Maybe it’s because I’m nice. Who knows?
Hope to see you there!
