Placing a listing in the MLS system without a photo is like trying to talk someone into a blind date. It's a tough sell.

Most MLS systems now allow agents to place not just one, but multiple photos of their listings online. When a buyer has the option of looking at several other listings in their price range that include multiple photos, a listing with no or one photo is not getting the same serious consideration.

You are absolutely right. It drives me crazy when there are no photos or only one photo of the front and nothing else.

Many people think there is something wrong with a property if there is no photos. You absolutely should have pictures if you take a listing. Even if the house is vacant you can take a picture of the front and back, the kitchen and bath, and even a fireplace if they have one. You don't need to put a lot of empty room pictures.
