Realtor Reinvestment Act of Flight 317

Realtor Reinvestment Act of Flight 317 As I write this blog post I am sitting on a flight home from the NAR Convention in New Orleans.  I was touched at our general session with the length Realtors go to help out our communities.  I myself sponsor several Easter Seals programs in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania and there is nothing more gratifying than seeing those kids walking or playing when nobody gave them a shot. I feel my call to action in this reinvestment act is one that should be very personal and done without force.  Of course I am asking for all of you to consider this but by no means am i suggesting our Associations to mandate anything.  I've said this at a few of my charity events where I have spoken, "success without contribution is empty wealth" and I truly believe that.   Putting my money where my mouth is, i cocreated and cosponsor a program with my father Frank Sr. called "Pickoffs 4 Charity." this program takes place during the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs season which is the AAA affiliates of the Philadelphia Phillies.  I was a catcher in baseball from the time I was a little kid all through high school so I wanted to make my contributions personal for me. Our program donates directly to Easter Seals of Eastern Pennsylvania every time an Iron Pigs Catcher throws a runner out trying to steal a base.  We have season tickets so this makes our contributions fun, exciting, and personal.  The community recognizes our program and our position as Realtors in our beloved Lehigh Valley has risen.  If you go to my website you can see a picture of us making the check presentation from 2009 www.FrankRenaldi.com.   I hope that my in flight thoughts actually get some traction in our communities, and hopefully better received than the Government Community Reinvestment Act hahahahaha.
