Residential Sales at Lake of the Ozarks

The market has not been kind to Sellers of Real Estate this year. We are lucky however to live in a beautiful area that attracts Buyers from all over the United States.

This graph is the total number of sold residential properties month by month, starting in January 2005. As you can see, the number of units is down all but one month this year. The August numbers aren't in yet, but I believe the trend will continue.
