I know most Realtors have seen or used a virtual homes tour for their listings. I have teamed up with a company to offer these tours to my Real Estate Agent Partners here in CT and wanted to get some feedback on what your thoughts were about using tours like this.

I feel after looking at other Virtual Tour Companies this one stand above the rest. Just order the service and within 24 hrs in most cases it's done and up ready for you to sell that house!

If you have use this type of service in the past; Have you liked it? Would you use it again? and how much did it cost?

Take a look at some of the site samples:

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

In the CT MLS, we have an option to include a virtual tour.  However, we can not have any of our contact information on it.  Not our photo, not our name or numbers.  Even though we have had Buyer Agency for years now, the old rules are still stuck holding us back on our system, that, we are paying for.  Go figure! So, why would you want to post on the mls?  It would be good to have that rule deleted.  I just post it on Realtor.com and my websites.
