Hi Nancy,

What a GREAT photograph! I love how Autumn laid out the leaf carpet and that it's opened up for ALL, not just red carpet celebrities!

Thanks for sharing! :)

Nancy, the only thing I don't like about this carpet, no matter the color - is the raking.  Wouldn't it be nice if we could only roll it up to dispose of it.

Thanks Patricia!  And yes - a red carpet laid out was my first thought but I wanted to add the yellow into the title too.  I love it that you had the same thought!

So true Leah - the beauty of the leaves does mean that some raking work is at hand!

Thanks Hannah - & I wish I could get to Rain Camp in Philly but will wait for the next one closer to home.  Hope you head out west for one sometime - it's gorgeous here!

Wow - thank you Myrl - how cool to be featured in the Photos group!!!!

love it...I was up at our cabin this week and took some walks that looked like that. Millions of acorns too

Thanks Lottie!  I love all of the colors this time of year - always seems like our little bonus treat before winter descends!

Thanks Kristine - every year I think the trees are more colorful than ever (then I realize I say that every year!)

Hi Karen - what a great time of year to take a get-away break to a cabin and just enjoy those walks thru the leaves - and acorns!

Hi Diane - I do love the beauty of the fall colors.  Kind of makes up for the shortening daylight hours and cooling temps!

Hahha Steve - yes leaves that you don't have to rake can be appreciated even more!

Love it Chris - and I have a vivid image in my mind of you doing just that!!!  :)
