Sometimes the problem comes down to brokers when they provide extraordinary benefits to the top listing agent regardless of whether that top listing agent ever sells anything.

Here's the the deal.

Understand the penance, or you will find yourself in a pickle.

As we are sealed and pickled in the value of yest-er-year, let us be reminded of the pickling of our thoughts... expectations without great representation leave many unfulfilled sellers.

Over-pricing will make you feel the pain of long term largess and solitude... Get with an in-tune experienced agent about your property...not a cheap smoke blower.

Remember... you want to sell your house... not list it for a couple of YEARS.

Are you thinking a you need "the best" to represent you and Market your propery with the best possible tools?

You can bet the farm on this notion!

Skip the penance of  "I told you so..."
