I think that this is probably greatest thing W. done in all the years of his presidency and there for I have to acknowledge it by writing this.
I don't know how many of you are familiar with a "Brady bonds" President George H.W. Bush rescue of Latin American governments and bankers in 1989 but it is a quite interesting story and it might be worth researching.
This time different Bush still bad loans only this time not far south but instead right here at home. He had several options; he could severely punish all the greedy lenders that made stupid loans (you know the once who's only requirement was pulse), or he could go after stupid home owners that didn't understood that mortgage have to be REPAID?! (Go figure!)
But instead he made a stunning decision that was announced last week to step up and help just like his dad in 1989! He is letting federal housing agency guarantee troubled mortgages and he is moving quickly with this witch makes me hope that this "Bush rescue" just might work!!!!
Needles to say if it does what will that mean for all of us. Soo big hip hop hurray!
