What Today's Buyers are Looking for in a Living Room!

As a Bay Area home stager I keep in touch with what today's discriminating buyers are finding appealing. It needs to look like a "model home"....or something out of a magazine spread. It needs to appeal to their emotional senses to cause them to remember the home in a very positive light.

Living Rooms are the FIRST room that a Buyer sees and it needs to be stylish and sophisticated.

Great before and after pics! I always recommend that sellers consult with a stager and photos like these sometimes make the most compelling case.
