I grew up in Woodland Hills, California so I think I know a little bit about the area. I love the feeling of being able to get into the car and take a short drive to most any place. There is plenty of shopping -- one of the largest shopping centers is here. Westfield Topanga Plaza is on Topanga Canyon & Victory Blvd. Shops include Macys, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Target etc etc. Feel like watching a movie? Try AMC Promenade 16 Theatres on Oxnard St near Topanga Canyon Blvd. The stadium seating is nice!

Maybe you have children or are planning on having kids in the future -- education is important. El Camino Real Senior High School on Valley Circle Blvd has won 6 national academic decathlons. There is also Pierce Community College which is located on Winnetka Ave.

Like to play golf? Woodland Hills Country Club features 18 holes of golf. The clubs main entrance is on Dumetz Road. We cannot forget about Warner Center Park at 5800 Topanga Canyon Blvd. During the summer evenings, they have concerts in the park. Outdoor family movies are shown on Saturday evenings during summer as well. The fireworks on July 4th are outstanding.

We cannot forget the restaurants in Woodland Hills. The Cheesecake Factory is on Canoga Ave between Victory and Oxnard Street. Westfield Promenade (same shopping center as the AMC 16) has Ruths Chris Steakhouse, Maggianos, The Rack, and PF Changs. Other restaurants in Woodland Hills Ca include: Roys, Kate Mantelini, Villa Piacere, Mortons Steakhouse, Montys Steakhouse, BJs Brewery, Jerrys Deli, El Torito, Somethings Fishy, Gaucho Grill, etc etc.
