I support the idea of using great photographs to market properties.

And here is a tip. Choose the best shot that really makes the property shine as your FIRST shot. The lead or first photograph will often be the one printed on marketing brochures and handed out to buyers in the field.

As a virtual tour photographer, I always try to create one "super" photo for my clients, and I always make that the "first" or lead photo for them. It only makes sense!

I agree! I listed a condo today, when I went to take photos the unit had not been cleaned yet from the last renters.  It is very important to give a great first impression.

George, I recently saw a home in the MLS that had no kidding 5 pictures of the front of the house, and you could tell that they only moved a step or two to the right. Agents need to do a better job of show casing homes. If you can't, hire someone that can!
