Motivational Power Quote

Worrying is a Silent Killer

"It takes a real storm in the average

person's life to make him realize,

how much worrying he has done

over a squalls ."

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Worrying is a silent killer

We can spend a lifetime worrying over thing that never was or never will be. We can also spend our energy worrying over that we can't control.

Worrying is a silent killer and will drain the person's energy and weaken their resolve to push forward and through their issues.

Most of the worrying in life is done over things that don't matter and will never be or things that we absolutely have no control over.

When your faced with a challenging situation worrying won't help you or the situation it will make things worst. Instead of worrying step back and take a mental snap shot of the circumstances and ask yourself the following.

How important is it for this issue to be resolved?

How does this issue effect me personally, how does the issue affect my life, my career or my success?

What will happen if I'm not able to resolve the issue?

What's the likely outcome if I do resolve the issue?

What is under may control to change, adjust or to resolve?

What is out of my ability to control?

What's my best course of action?

Take the action steps to resolve anything that you feel is important to you and you have under your control to do.

The best way to eliminate worrying is:

To look at the circumstances from a realistic mindset and know what your options are.

Create a plan and the action steps to resolve the situation to the best of you ability.

Select the best options and focus on the solutions not the circumstance.

Take the actions to correct the issue and move on.

Worrying in a silent killer when you give in to worrying. Take the positive actions to control the circumstances that you find yourself in or the circumstances that you find yourself in will control you.

I completely agree, why worry when we can laugh instead!

Good advice to keep everything in perspective, Lou.  Went ahead and suggested it, for others to keep in mind in stressful times.

Someone once told me worry was like a rocking chair get in and rock hard, go as fast as you can and you still aren't going anywhere.

Worrying is so stressful but I don't know anyone who has been able to avoid it altogether.
