Rev up those goal setting engines (part 1)

Here is a great post that helps you set an annual income goal, then figure out how many homes you need to sell to reach that goal.  It uses one of my favorite goal setting techniques; aim high and then break it down to how many sales you need per month.  It really helps you wrap your arms around big numbers, and focus on what you need to produce monthly to reach that number. 

Take that further and think about the specific prospecting you need to do to obtain those monthly sales.
