Save Money: Buy Groceries, Get Gas Discounts

The Shop at Giant Save at Shell program began earlier this year. As a zero fee program you have the chance to do something you already do anyway, buy groceries, and save money on something you also already do anyways, buy gas. Our family has been taking advantage and we typically save about 20¢ a gallon each time we fill up. On top of the gas savings we are also getting the savings at Giant via the Giant card. For Costco or BJ's members out there, you know that you get gas savings as well, which is typically about 20¢ off of normal pump prices. However, for those who cannot justify the fee's at a Costco or a BJ's the Giant / Shell gas deal is a great alternative, and much more convenient.
