Not knowing is the first place to start. If we knew it all, there would be no reason to ask, learn and to find out. For some questions, there is no answer. Sometimes it is better not to know.

Sherman - very interesting quote.  Yes it does sound like real estate.  As you've taught me so well, there are no two transactions alike.  There's nothing cookie-cutter about what we do.  That's one of the most exciting parts of what we do---using what we know to handle the unknown.
