I do "what's it gonna take" with all my Listing Clients. Today we played What's IT... in our office to get the neurons flowing about next years marketing plans. I'm happy with the result and no I won't disclose what we decided. I will say we came up with plan that will provide huge return with minumum investment.
I'm reminded of the phrase " Plan your work and Work your Plan". Even a mediocre plan will yield results if you work it.
As far as this year goes, there have been many years when Dec and Jan were great months so, instead of slowing down we're cranking up. Then in Feb when it's 800 below zero we'll set off for the Carribean.
As more and more agents drop out for lack of sales I don't think the market is loosing anything. Since 80% of Real Estate is sold by 20% of the agents having the part-timers back out means clients needing Real Estate services will have a better chance of choosing a Full Time Accomplished Real Estate
