This song is something of a mantra for me now. Something happened when I turned 40 a few years ago...something organic. Now, I look at life differently. I want different things and I DON'T want different things. (Does that make sense?)
This song, 'Unwritten,' reminds me that there is a lot of life still out there for the taking, you just have to give yourself over to it --"release your inhibitions, feel the rain on your skin..." And I take great pleasure in the line, "Today is where your book begins.. the rest is still unwritten." I think that is affirming and life giving. Yes I do.
