My very first home was a condo with a community laundry area. Believe it or not, I miss it . Was a great place to meet your neighbors.
Jim: Mission Valley Condos seems like a great place to live, and with the pictures you have shared... you've given us a great hint of the flavor of living there.
I love all the trees... they really help with the feeling of seclusion and privacy. I lived in a condo in Dallas when I first moved there... and enjoyed it, although, of course, I was much younger then.
I find it very interesting that the three units that have sold so far this year... all three have either sold at or above original listed price. Sounds like the market is pretty decent. I am glad.
Thanks for stopping by, everyone.
I’m trying to catch up on old posts to see if anyone had a question or if there are some comments that need a response. If so, I’ll respond in a comment below this one.
Also remember that I return comment for comment, so I'll be by your blogs to read and comment soon. I'm exactly 30 days behind right now, but I usually catch up during Thanksgiving and Christmas, so you'll definitely hear from me soon.
And if you need a cat book for Christmas for that special cat person in your life — even yourself if you're your own special cat person in your life! — I can highly recommend “The Cat Lover’s Book of Days,” by our own ActiveRain Member Peg Silloway. It's a book that you can use year after year, and never get tired of, because there are no years in it, only days. It's great!
