A couple of bulleyes for a New Agent

I found a couple of tools that have worked for me that seem to be untouched in my market area. If they are being touched then, somehow, I'm just lucky. There are tons of free internet "message boards", "blogs", chatrooms, etc. What I've done is at night while surfing, I've popped into chatrooms that were groups from my area or message boards on google or wherever is local for you...aol, etc and posted short ads... From those ads, I got 3 first time buyer leads and 2 actually applied. One unfortunately got turned down, one changed their mind, but one of them seems to be a good possible.

Everyone says that Real Estate is a numbers game so I continue to find more of these boards, chatrooms, blogs, etc...I even post ads on the bulletin section of myspace. You really never know who may see it!

Ok...that's my input. Even if these don't pan out, at least the leads came and with that...there may be more!

You are absolutely correct if the 3 you have don't work out for you remember to give them a few business cards to pass out to there friends and family! Keep up the great work.

that is great. It really is a numbers game so just keep at it. The more people you meet and get to do applications the more likely you are to find someone who wants to buy a home. Keep it up!
