OF CHILDREN, DOGS AND LIFE: Imagination Meet the typical four year old boy...this is Mr. Imagination, and I love him. Adventure should be his middle name, and he makes the ENIGIZER Bunny look like a broken toy!!! He is 100% Grade A BOY!!! He loves to play T-ball, football, dress up as a soldier, a policeman, and a fireman. He has friends that are not visible to mere mortal like me, but he knows two things we would all benefit knowing.
Nathan Knows (1) to find something he enjoys, and (2) do it to the fullest!!! His enthusiasm and energy should be bottled, and each of us ask our doctors for a prescription.
Some other things that he mastered:
He is happy with WHO HE IS. He doesn't waste time crying about the economy, the deal that got away, nor his percentage of the commission. He grabs a ball cap and glove and gets on the field.
He exposes everyone to a contagious joy, and sets out to understand "how does it work."
He is a natural salesman--no matter what has his focus, he will convince you that you want some too.
He is a "WE" person--he doesn't get caught up in self-pity; and he share his bounty.
He is not alone--many children could teach us a few lessons.
The one thing I stress to him, his brother and cousins is "YOU ARE LOVED." They take that love and multiply it a hundred fold...it makes life rewarding. I THINK THAT IS WHY I ENJOY MY WORK: I know I am loved.
What has that got to do with real estate? It removes the unpleasant, unyielding, and unkind from my daily task. Take two doses of Nathan, and call me in the morning. He is one of nine vital medicines toward my sanity.
Let the world know that you enjoy what you do...
