Thanks Gabe. I'm not sure why the tone either but I'll give him the "cluttered" remark. She does have a lot of stuff in the house, the accumulation of 30 years of living there! Not sure why a canal is not considered waterfront other than Phil works in Washington and maybe they have a different definition of waterfront than we in South Florida do.
