Scituate will host 30 Open Houses this weekend. In the single family market place you will find 18 homes that range in price from $299,000 and move up to $1.65 Million for a fine Border Street home over looking the gulf.
The condo market will add an additional 12 properties that start out at $249,000 and end at a higher price point of $875,000 for some new construction condos in new waterfront marina community.
