Median Single Family Home Price for August 2007: $650,000
Up 2.4% from August 2006 (from$635,000)
Up 1.9% from July 2007

Median Condo Price for August 2007: $325,000
Up 6.6% from August 2006 (from $310,000)
Down 3% from July 2007

Market holding steady. Sales in higher price ranges doing better than those in lower. Inventory increasing slightly, but lower than same time last year.
