That was the comment by the real estate agent after he saw his newly staged listing in the Edmonds bowl. When we previewed this circa 1965 home, the agent gave us his instructions: "Work your magic!" So we did!
Can you believe these beautiful hardwood floors had been covered with carpeting since the home was built?! Once the carpet was removed, this home was instantly more valuable to potential buyers.
We updated the feel of the home and created spaces throughout that are warm and welcoming.

Dining Room: There was not hardwood flooring in this room, so the carpet stayed.
Master Bedroom:
Additional Bedroom: This room felt especially tiny when empty. Because the house only has three bedrooms, it was really important to stage the two smaller bedrooms to show buyers they could easily fit a twin bed and dresser in both rooms.
Lower Level Family Room: What a cozy space! Under this carpet is a cement floor, so again the carpet was kept in this room.
