It's time to trash stinkin' thinkin' and embrace your positive power within for a great life. We are essentially positive people, however, due to the many challenges we have faced over the past year we have struggled to maintain our appreciation and rewards of life.

The good news is that all of us can help ourselves to embrace life to the fullest by taking advantage of the "Law of Attraction."  The Law of Attraction is all about knowing what you want and discarding what you do not want. When you focus on the negative whether personally, locally or globally your life will not change for the better...you become ill, struggle with bills, flounder professionally, your spirit starves, and the world suffers unnecessarily. When you focus on the positive you can heal your life and spirit, your life is rich, your struggles cease and the world is a better place.

How do you do this? Be grateful and express your gratitude, embrace every goodness and live a joyful life. Visualize very specifically what you want and do not think about what you do not want...."see" the end result and don't worry about trials and tribulations. Feel good about yourself, your family and friends. Believe in the magic of life! Value your imagination. Live in hope, joy and gratitude.

An example of this is that we are focusing on Bruce's healing. We are leaving the disease to his doctors to look after. We do not focus on pain. We are focused on living a completely healthy life. We are also focusing on the abundance of the Universe and celebrating life.

There is more than enough goodness to go around for everyone. We all have the ability to write our own story...the pen is in our hands. We all deserve happiness and it is our choice to create it.

All of this is a simplification...yet it isn't complicated or rocket science because the power is within all of us.

We choose to be grateful, enjoy goodness and celebrate a joyful life. What do you choose?

Good lending, good luck and aloha

Thanks Linda. I agree. As suggested in the book/video THE SECRET, the Law of Attraction can do wonders for your life. I have always believed in it and have reaped the rewards again and again, in my life, and vice versa, when I have had a bad attitude. I would suggest using a wish board to help with visualization of one's dreams and goals. I have one, where I've posted words and photos of things important to me. I look at it many times a day and it keeps me reminded to THINK POSITIVE. Aloha! Yvonne

Yvonne:  Thank you for your comment. A wish board is a great idea, especially when you are just beginning to practice this life lesson. When you first begin a "grateful" list is so important and the more you focus on it the greater clarity you will have. Then when you visualize your goals you will be able to refine them more and more as you achieve your them and add more.

Linda, A very beautiful post and you have my gratitude for writing it.  I have been a fan of Bruce's post and I want you to know that there are many here in the community who are sending thoughts and prayers to you both.  He is a good man and you certainly seem to be a fitting partner for him.  Again I am grateful for you both.  Keep with the positive thoughts and energy and allow the healing energy of others to come into your life.

May he be blessed with all the universe has to offer.
