OMG that's amazing, I hope it's going commercial. I guess my lowest this year was $104,000, cute little lake view cottage, should have gone for much more.

A $205,000 sale is considered a very good one in my area, we have lots of sales between $40,000 and $150,000.

$232,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1025 sq.ft. condo, considered a good buy.

Great idea for a blog post, Alan! Mine was $188,000 for almost 20 acres of land with a few majestic oak trees in the rural town of Wilton in Sacramento County, California. There are more horses and cows in Wilton than people! :)

Was your lowest sale a foreclosures, short sale or just a regular sale?

So far everyone that has fessed up to their lowest sale has what is consider a good sale in my area. We have stuff listed for much less in out MLS all the time. I am expecting to write a offer Monday on one that is listed under $60,000. We have several in that price range. My lowest home sale this year was a $26,000 foreclosure, two foreclosed mobile home on a almost 2 acre lot. One of them was in such bad shape the buyer just had it torn down. Besides the lot I sold for $4,125 I sold two for $7,500 each, one for $8,000 and one for $9,000. I resold one of the $7,500 lots for $15,000.

Come on everybody fess up. What did you sell cheep?
