Kauai Hawaii REOs, Kauai Foreclosures

As of today there are 37 Bank Owned foreclosures on the market in Kauai that are offered for sale. Sixteen (16) are studio condominiums.  In my blog of September 21, I reported that there were 45 Bank Owned foreclosures on the market so the number is down.

Twelve (12) single family residences are on the market that are bank owned (REO)/Foreclosures. The least expensive is priced at $244,900 and is located in Hanapepe. The most expensive Bank Owned foreclosure home in Princeville is offered for $759,900 4165 Kamalani Lane.  

Three (3) vacant land listings are foreclosures.  Prices are from $224,998 for 12,000 sq feet to $549,000 for over 10 acres.

Thirteen foreclosure properties are contingent (sale pending).  There are buyers who are getting some great deals.

Six (6) foreclosure condos with 2-4 bedrooms are are on the market.  One of the condos to note is Regency at Poipu Kai 922 is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom and is offered for $696,900. The living area has 1554 sq feet with an additional 250 sq ft lanai.  Add furnishings to this foreclosure and this could make a great vacation rental.
