Wow Joan! This is absolutely amazing! I can only hope and pray I get something this good in my lifetime~ I bet your buyer was really impressed. I am sure you let her know what a grueling process it could be and then voila! An hour and 20 minutes? Congrats! What a great gift on a Friday afternoon!
Stephanie - I was shocked, stunned, and thrilled! I told the buyer we would not hear until Tuesday at the earliest. I wish YOU the same situation, and soon!
Joan - Lucky you. I have yet to have one approved that quickly. 24 hours on a REO is the best that I have encountered. Although it has gotten better; 2 days is getting to be the norm.
Pam, I thought that as well. The bank has still not "signed", but it shows pending, so my buyer has it under contract!
