Are you one of the agents who can and does lose paperwork on a daily basis?  Do you have trouble finding your files?  If so join the crowd and I’m proud to join your ranks.  I personally can fill out a contract and listing now and not miss a beat but keeping up with the paperwork after that is a daunting task for me.  The meaning of (sur’she e rer’ e) a discretionary writ from a higher court to a lower one, or to a board or official with some judicial power, requesting the record of a case for review.  Keep all your paperwork in order in case the Real Estate Commission has questions about the contract.  Hopefully you will never be brought up before the commission but you never know these days.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.

Keeping good records and staying organized, not a problem. Having enough transactions to keep organized always a challenge!

Always a challenge to keep up with paperwork, isn't it?  I put everything in the folder and end up with waaaayyyy too much paper, but it's all there if needed.

I have two systems: one with files and paper and the other is stored on a hard drive.
