82% of sales so far this year are $500,000 and below. The $500,000 - $750,000 category drops off to less than one quarter of the largest frequency bucket and and less that half of the next two highest buckets. Don't write off the million dollar plus market either, there are bargains there too with nearly ten percent of the volume.

Hi Bob, Thanks for this info. One of my dear friends is trying to sell her condo and move back to Illinois. Looks like the price point is under $250k, that confirms what I've been thinking.
