Nov '10 The 1st session of the 2010-2011 GBBR Rookie REALTOR® Society: GRRS will be held on Thursday, November 18th at 9:30 am, 1306 Bellona Avenue Timonium, MD 21093. We will have the pleasure of Celeste Filoia, Legal Counsel from MAR and Carolyn Cook, GBBR's Deputy Executive Vice President to highlight MD's newly enacted Real Estate Laws and our Contract Changes, effective October 1, 2010.

No matter how long one has been in the business, this topic should be of the utmost concern to current practitioners who want to stay on the good side of the law and in compliance with regulations.

Carolyn and Celeste will be on hand to answer questions from the group afterwards as well. What an opportunity to have direct access to some very important people in our industry and be well informed.

Hi Kim, In speaking with the folks at GBBR it seemed to make more sense to wait until the beginning of the year (since there was not a lot going on at the end of the year). I have my paperwork completed and will be sending it in next week. I would love to meet with you to discuss ideas!!
