In light of what has been happenning in recent elections, today in Alaska, 2 years ago in Minnesota, and every election in Chicago (at least that's the way the jokes go) Stalin's words seem very pertinent.

Mike...still divided, but moving forward to ????--it is so fascinating how in these days history is being recalled & remembered in ways that could prove motivating. It's scary just how true his statement can be my friend, of course, I don't like to think of it that way.
The Democrats didn't win in Alaska or Delaware. The Republican candidates were sacrificed by the Republican establishment. I really believe that O'Donnell and Miller could have won.
I have been working late today - what happened in Alaska? What have I missed - or do I want to?
