This is the fifth week of increasing active West Covina Home and Condo listings - currently at 305 active West Covina Residential Property Listings* (up 7 from last week's 298). There are no major changes within the price ranges for either West Covina Homes or Condos.

Total brand new West Covina Homes and Condo listings since 11/08/10: 22. **
Very good news - the percentage of Standard Listings went up to 46% this week (compared to last week at 41%)! Active Short Sale listings remain the same at 45%, while REO listings dropped to 9%.
In addition to the currently active West Covina Residential Real Estate listings, there are 44 West Covina Homes and 8 West Covina Condos in Back-Up Offer Status, 79 West Covina Homes and 19 West Covina Condos are Pending Sale.
Additional changes in Listing Status compared to last week (11/08/10):
Total Whittier Homes and Condo listings cancelled: 5
Total Whittier Homes and Condo listings expired: 5
Total Whittier Homes and Condo listings on hold ("do not show"): 12
Total Whittier Homes and Condo listings withdrawn:2
Total Whittier Homes and Condo listings closed Escrow: 15
From November 1 to November 15, 2010, 27 West Covina properties successfully closed Escrow - 10 West Covina Condos (ranging from $140,000 to $292,000) and 17 West Covina Homes (ranging from $262,000 to $598,000). Of those 27 sales, 3 were Short Sales, 11 were REOs, the remaining 14 were Standard Sales.
