Practical application is the key here. We at Educate2Earn believe that if we are going to engage agents for three hours at a time, it is incumbent on us to provide a method to apply principles learned in class to real life business practices.
For example, in the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives class, the Educate2Earn staff teach the agent what to expect as Servicers continue to learn about this very important program. Although the rule book is written, we at Educate2Earn believe that there is a substantial learning curve that could become cumbersome to the agent. By preparing them for this curve, they are ready for anything during the HAFA process. Servicers are so new at this, rules might not be followed and benefits of the program might not be realized if the agent doesn’t fully understand this program. Another aspect of HAFA that the Edcuate2Earn staff stresses is the decreased liability through the HAFA process.
Probably the most important aspect of the HAFA class is the personal marketing techniques we at Educate2Earn teach our students. Educate2Earn spends time on blog training and how to create a presence on the internet so potential sellers will contact them. At Educate2Earn, we believe if we can show an agent how to appear on the first page of a Google search, we can enhance their business.
Educate2Earn was started and developed in 2008 by Chip Kron, Dana Booth and Rich Flanagan. Educate2Earn is currently consulting with Amerifirst Financial, Primary Residential Mortgage Inc, among others, and has taught classes to over 6,000 Realtors in the last two years. Continuing Education Hours are the starting point, but Educate2Earn is also involved with Active Rain and Eproperties, in a partnership that is engaged in helping Realtors to create their own powerful internet presence.
