There's no place better than Boerne during the Christmas Season. Come on over and enjoy the Snow and hot apple cider while you shop or take a carriage ride down Main Street. Not to mention that Santa will be around.
Come join Father Christmas and enjoy the main street events starting the day after Thanksgiving and continuing the following weekend. It is called Dickens on Main. There is music, plays, and food. The first Weekend of Dickens will be The Stocking Stroll. Other fun events happening during Dickens on Main are a Poster Contest and a Gingerbread House Contest. Show your creativity by joining in the fun.
One of the main events of Boerne's Yuletide season is the Weihnachts Parade on December 4th. No one in Boerne misses this nighttime parade with all the beautifully lit floats as well as some of the people :) Bring your children, grab a mug of warm cider or hot chocolate, chairs and sit back and relax as the show drives right past you.
The shopping doesn't stop in Boerne either, you have all the great little shops downtown then add Boerne Market Days on the 2nd weekend of the month on the plaza and over on at the Kendall Fair Grounds you will find the Craft Fair to end all Craft Fairs. Oma's Christmas Craft Fair will be held December 4 & 5th. This one is bound to finish your Christmas list.
And if shopping is not your Bag :) how about some beautiful Christmas Music.
