I am on the same page, Mike. I cannot believe all the stuff I see in the houses we view. Why are the closets so packed with clothes that are never worn,Why are the cupboards packed with excess bottles and containers that will never be needed, You are so correct in saying Enuf stuff

Now let me get rid of my stuff. Yard sale??

Via Michael Thornton - Nashville, TN area Home Inspector (Complete Home Inspections, Inc.):

Stuff...

StuffIt is amazing the stuff I see in peoples homes. Stuff stacked everywhere. Stuff stacked in closets. Stuff stored in attics. Even more stuff stuffed under beds. Every nook and cranny stuffed with stuff. Have I said enuff?

But what do we need with all that stuff anyway? Lord only knows, once we depart with our treasure trove, the very thing we toss will be our loss. Tomorrow we will need it. <sigh>

Enuf stuff said I. Today I will get rid of stuff. And so I did. Gawsh! Just think, I haven't even finished my office or started on the garage.

I've just gone through this with my mother in law.  65 years of stuff.   We threw out food that expired 10 years ago.  Crazy.

Tim ,thanks for finding my blog and commenting for the first time. I love new visitors. Have you ever thought that the reason people buy bigger houses is because they need more room for all their stuff LOL

Jim I am proud of you:) Sorry to say I can not admit to having no stuff and being totally organized. . I do attenpt to be organized but sometimes it is just relocating stuff from one place to another.

Why do we always need to buy more stuff?

Kathleen Ann - When I sold my last house, I had to hold 4 yard sales to get rid of all the STUFF we picked up from yard sales. Now I have too much stuff again! :-)

John, I love to go to yard/garage sales, too. Always looking for those special items that appeal to me. If I were to move someday to SC I will definitely be having a month of sales. Too much stuff, WHY?
