Jersey Shore retailers are predicting a good shopping season during the 2010 holidays, and the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce wants to make sure a big chunk of that spending stays Jersey Shore local.
With a larger and larger portions of holiday spending taking place on line and at out of area malls, the Southern Ocean Chamber is spreading the 'shop local' message.

The Chamber is hoping all local business brand themselves with this log, reminding residents that when holiday shopping dollars are spent locally the money is more likely to stay local in job creation, neighborhood improvement and local charitable business contributions.
