Thanks for the comments. David you are always welcome. You are never going to be my competition so I will always pass on whatever I learn. You guys, Superstition Mountain is the nicest 'unknown' subdivision in the Phoenix area. Scottsdale rules the roost but Gold Canyon is a wonderful community east of Phoenix 30 minutes on the freeway. It is the edge of town. Superstition Mountain is the pinnacle of Gold Canyon and the east side of town for that matter. You can see the sizes and lots for yourself. Lakes, golf, gated, million dollar everything. It is tucked in the hills and can think think of few nicer places. Paradise Valley and Scottsdale are well known. Just remember you now know the secret best sub to live around Phoenix. Oh it is also where the LPGA event is held.
