Make sure you get a Good Loan Officer involved before you consider any incentives, it is possible that these incentives can effect the LTV of the loan! A good Loan officer can help you structure your listing incentives to make it more attractive to a broader group of buyers!

Karen, You are welcome! We have just seen so many incentives that are crazy over the years, like "buy this house and get the Corvette in the garrage" etc... We cant lend on the car!!!
